Elena Breier – elena@eralaw.ca
Elena is an Associate Lawyer at ERA Law, primarily assisting clients with Real Estate Conveyancing, Land Development and Estate Administration. She prioritizes a client-focused approach to her practice by ensuring clear communication and guidance, respect for client time, and the efficient completion of each transaction. Elena has training in a trauma-informed approach to providing legal services, having volunteered with organizations including Amnesty International and the Elizabeth Fry Society.
Elena received her LLB (Honours) Law degree from the University of Brighton, in England, before completing the National Committee on Accreditation Examinations through the Federation of Law Societies of Canada. Elena was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2025, after completing her Articles with ERA Law. Elena has previously worked as a Legal Assistant for the Victoria Crown Prosecution Service, as well as a boutique real estate firm in Canmore, Alberta, where she developed her thoughtful and empathetic approach to assisting clients through some of life’s biggest changes.
Elena grew up in Alberta and relocated to Victoria in 2024, where she has greatly enjoyed the balance between city life and the ability to escape into the peace of nature. Outside of her legal practice, Elena is usually spending time with her dog, Clover, and exploring the natural beauty of Vancouver Island through hiking, biking and camping.
